Shipping & Handling
All online orders are processed the day of ordering up to 12p.m Eastern Time. UPS picks up all shipments Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We do not ship orders on Fridays. It is our job and responsibility to process these orders as quickly as we can. After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval, products will be shipped via UPS, or otherwise specified and approved. UPS, generates a tracking number and automatically sends our customers an email with all necessary information.
If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call our office to verify your product availability. 99% of our products are in stock and ready for quick ship. Steelcasechairparts.com does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any order. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
Returns
In any event that you place an order and the product ordered is not what you want or need, we will refund you for the cost of the product. Steelcasechairparts.com does not refund any shipping expense and reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure the product you are ordering is correctly identified and fits your demand. Please call our office if you are unsure about any product you are ordering.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All funds are refunded to your credit card and/or via check. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and product return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Buyer must reach out to Steelcasechairparts.com in order to initiate a return.
